Permission To Leave Class/School

Permission To Leave Class/School

A student must obtain a permission pass from the subject teacher in order to leave the class. A student
will be allowed to leave the class only for an urgent reason. A student should return to class immediately
after he has fulfilled his purpose of leaving the class and return the pass to the teacher concerned.
The next subject teacher will discipline students who have taken more time than necessary to return to class.
Going to toilets in between periods is allowed only for emergency cases.

A student who is sick must obtain an early release slip from the General Office, duly signed by Principal/Vice-Principal/HOD PM/OM. He is not allowed to go home by himself but has to be escorted by his parents/guardians, unless otherwise stated by them. The procedure is the same for students who have medical appointments
or official reasons.

ALL STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE SCHOOL GROUNDS DURING
SCHOOL HOURS, INCLUDING RECESS OR DETENTION PERIODS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE PRINCIPAL/VICE-PRINCIPAL/HOD PM.
